Peter Barrett



Peter started working in the field of commercial property over 30 years ago. He started as a general surveyor dealing with the sale and acquisitions of all manner of commercial premises and development opportunities. In 2000 he was approached to work for the then fledgeling serviced office company, Regus and over the next 10 years helped to grow the business from 35 centres to over 1,500 worldwide.  Many of the initiatives he devised and put in place during this period became industry standards globally and he won many awards for his achievements during his time in the serviced office industry.


Peter ended his time with Regus as Agent/Sales Director for UK and Ireland when he left to set up his own practice offering consultancy to the serviced office industry but also undertaking more general commercial agency work. In 2016 Peter and his family decided on a lifestyle change and relocated to Sydney, an area Peter spent much of his formative years growing up in. Peter joined Mentored Sales Sydney and combines both his property knowledge and sales experience in order to obtain the most favorable outcome for his clients.
